1、 Short term shutdown

During the process of restoring the system to normal operation, it is necessary to check and verify that the product water does not contain any pesticides or fungicides.

RO reverse osmosis composite membrane components should not come into contact with water containing residual chlorine under all conditions, otherwise it will cause irreparable damage to the membrane components. When carrying out sterilization, chemical properties, or sealing in maintenance fluid on RO equipment and pipelines, it should be absolutely ensured that there is no residual chlorine in the water used for preparing the medicine. If it is not clear whether there is residual chlorine present, organic chemistry measurements should be carried out. When residual chlorine is present, sodium bisulfite should be used to restore the residual chlorine and maintain a good contact time to ensure thorough restoration.
