How to debug the water quality of reverse osmosis purified water equipment - Pure water equipment - Jiajie - Jiajie Pure Water Equipment Manufacturer


There are many types of reverse osmosis purified water equipment. Reverse osmosis equipment is one of them. It helps us purify water quality, process raw water through certain procedures, and filter out harmful substances to human health. When we use a device, it cannot be used. In general, it requires debugging. So, how to increase water quality debugging for reverse osmosis equipment?

1. Inspection and preparation before debugging

(1) Configure measuring instruments and perform calibration.

(2) The sampling points in each link of the system are set correctly, and the interlocking and alarm devices are set correctly.

(3) Check the connection between the pressure vessel and the cleaning pipeline, and tighten the joints.

(4) The no-load trial run of water pumps and other rotating equipment should be carried out to ensure correct steering and good lubrication.

(5) Open the gas field water discharge valve and the concentrated water discharge valve.

(6) Before starting the high-pressure pump of the reverse osmosis purified water equipment, adjust the opening of the outlet valve of the high-pressure pump so that the water inflow of the membrane system is less than 50% of the operating water inflow.

2. Check the valve and ensure that it is set correctly. The discharge valve, inlet regulating valve, and concentrated water regulating valve of the membrane system need to be fully open.

3. The air in the membrane components and pressure vessels should be discharged by low-pressure, low flow qualified pre-treatment effluent. The wastewater and concentrated water generated during the production process are discharged into the sewer.

During the flushing operation, check the valve and pipeline connections for leaks.

For dry film systems, continuous low-pressure flushing should be carried out for at least 6 hours or 1-2 hours, followed by soaking overnight for about 1 hour. During low-pressure and low flow flushing, it is not allowed to add scale inhibitors to the pre-treatment section.

6. Confirm again that the supply water valve and concentrate control valve are in the open position.

When starting the high-pressure pump, the inlet control valve between the high-pressure pump and the membrane element needs to be fully closed to prevent the influence of water flow and pressure on the membrane element.

Before using the reverse osmosis equipment, we can refer to the above content for debugging. If it is put into use without debugging, its significant performance cannot be fully utilized, and our production capacity cannot reach the expected level. Therefore, in order to make our output proportional to the input, we need to debug the reverse osmosis purified water equipment before using it.
