In theory, impurities (including harmful and beneficial ones) in water can be filtered out, and only water molecules are allowed to pass through. Purified water equipment is generally used for producing drinking purified water, industrial ultrapure water, and pharmaceutical ultrapure water. Reverse osmosis technology requires back pressure of raw water. The control system can be used for backwashing of reverse osmosis membranes, increasing their service life.
