5. Summer high temperature solution:
(1) Maintain the inlet water volume of industrial ultra pure water equipment to meet the requirements and reduce the operating pressure of the equipment.

When the equipment stops or just starts, the inlet water pressure should be adjusted to below 0.4MPa and rinsed for 15 minutes.

Inflow: pH value, conductivity, pressure, SDI, water temperature.
Water production: conductivity, flow rate, pH value.
