1. The composition of the two-stage reverse osmosis equipment is as follows:
(1) The two-stage reverse osmosis equipment system constitutes a reverse osmosis purified water treatment system, which generally includes a pre-treatment system, reverse osmosis device, post-treatment system, cleaning system, and electrical control system.
(2) The pre-treatment system generally includes raw water pump, dosing device, quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, precision filter, etc. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of impurities such as raw water and residual chlorine to meet the requirements of reverse osmosis.
(3) The reverse osmosis device mainly includes multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane components, membrane shells (pressure vessels), brackets, etc. Its main function is to remove impurities from water and ensure that the effluent meets the requirements for use. When reverse osmosis cannot meet the effluent requirements, add a post-treatment system.
The design characteristics of the two-stage reverse osmosis device are as follows:
(1) By increasing the pressure of water, deep filtration of water is achieved. In addition to ordinary filters, the reverse osmosis purified water equipment is also equipped with fine filters, granular activated carbon filters, and compressed activated carbon filters. Fine filters have more fine filtration functions than ordinary filters and can effectively filter out impurities in water. As is well known, activated carbon has a good adsorption and filtration effect on odors and impurities. The reverse osmosis purified water equipment adopts dual activated carbon filters to achieve deep filtration treatment of raw water and increase the filtration efficiency of the equipment. Meanwhile, increasing water pressure and enhancing filtration capacity is also an innovation.
(2) The core of dual stage reverse osmosis equipment is the application of reverse osmosis membranes. Reverse osmosis membrane is a type of filtration membrane with a very small pore size, which can achieve ultra-fine filtration of raw water and convert water into high and low concentrations. High concentration water can be recycled, while low concentration water is pure water that can be used by humans.
