1、 Double stage reverse osmosis equipment filtration operation
1. Exhaust: Open the upper exhaust valve and upper intake valve to supply water to the filter, and open the upper exhaust valve to continuously feed water.
2. Cleaning: Open the lower drain valve and upper inlet valve to allow water to pass through the filter layer from top to bottom. The water flow is 10t/h until the drainage is unobstructed, about 10-20 minutes.
3. Operation: The water outlet valve supplies water to outdated equipment.
4. Backwashing: After running the equipment for a period of time, due to the retention of dirt, filter cake forms on the surface. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter is greater than 0.05-0.08mpa, backwashing should be carried out to ensure smooth water flow. Open the upper drain valve, backwash valve, and bypass valve, and rinse with a flow rate of 10t/h for about 20-30 minutes until the water is clear. Note: The equipment can only be put into operation after backwashing.
2、 Scale inhibitor system
The metering pump and high-pressure pump start and stop simultaneously, and act synchronously. Scale inhibitor dosage: calculated based on the hardness of the raw water, the dosage of each ton of raw water is 3-4g. When the system inlet water volume is 10t/h, the hourly dosage is 30-40g.
Scale inhibitor configuration: Add 90 liters of water to the reagent tank, then slowly add 10kg of scale inhibitor and stir evenly. Adjust the range of the metering pump to the corresponding scale.
Note: The low concentration of scale inhibitors shall not be less than 10%.
3、 Precision filter
The filtration accuracy of the precision filter is 5 μ M. In order to maintain filtration accuracy, the system does not have a backwash pipeline. The service life of the filter element in precision filters is generally 2-3 months, and can be extended to 5-6 months based on the actual processing water volume. Sometimes it is possible to replace the filter element in advance to maintain water flow.
4、 Double stage reverse osmosis equipment reverse osmosis cleaning
Due to the long-term accumulation of impurities in water, reverse osmosis membrane components are prone to scaling, resulting in a decrease in water production and desalination rates. At this point, it is necessary to perform chemical cleaning on the membrane components.
5、 Storage method for membrane components:
1. Short term preservation
Applicable to reverse osmosis systems that have been out of service for 5-30 days. At this point, the membrane element is still installed in the pressure vessel of the system.
(1) Flush the reverse osmosis system with water supply and simultaneously discharge all gases from the system;
(2) After injecting water into the pressure vessel and related pipelines, close the relevant valves to prevent gas from entering the system;
(3) As mentioned above, clean every 5 days.
2. Long term shutdown protection
(1) Clean the membrane components in the system;
(2) Prepare ****** agent for reverse osmosis produced water, and flush the reverse osmosis system with ******* agent;
(3) After the reverse osmosis system is filled with ***** agent, close the relevant valves to allow ****** agent to remain in the system. At this point, the security system is full;
(4) When the system temperature is below 27 ℃, replace ****** agent every 30 days; When the system temperature is above 27 ℃, replace ****** agent every 15 days;
(5) Before the reverse osmosis system of the two-stage reverse osmosis equipment is put back into use, rinse the system with low-pressure water for 1 hour, and then rinse the system with high-pressure water for 5-10 minutes; Whether it is low-pressure flushing or high-pressure flushing, the system's produced water discharge valve should be opened. Before the system resumes normal operation, check and confirm that the product water is free of ******* agent.
