How to replace the filter column in pure water equipment?

1. Adjust the device to the STANDBY state, remove the terminal device filtering device, turn on the water collection power switch, release the system software pressure, and turn off the water collection power switch after confirming that the device has no water discharged.

2. Gently pull the locking plate of the dark blue door on the back of the device to the left (one piece on each side), open the blue door, remove the "QUANTUM" column, and then open the outer cover above the milky white "QGARD" column on the right side of the device. Take out the metal material locking plate to remove the "QGARD" column.

3. Place the new "QGARD" column of the ultra pure water machine in the laboratory on the equipment, pay attention to the metal rod on the equipment pointing towards the hole on the column head, push it to the left tightly, lock the metal material locking plate in the slot of the metal rod, buckle up the top outer cover, and then install the new "QUANTUM" column into the blue side door. Push it slightly inward and close the blue door. After hearing the sound of two locking plates "click", it can be confirmed that the column head has been installed in time.

4. Screw the water pipe connector in the note into the water collection handle, connect the plastic hose and pull it into the stainless steel sink. Turn on the water collection power switch, and the system software will automatically enter the 5-minute gas discharge program flow. After 5 minutes, the system software will automatically enter the "Operate" state.

5. Remove the water pipe connector and plastic hose, install the terminal equipment filtration device, pay attention that the gas cap on the filtration device does not need to be tightened, turn on the water collection power switch, wait for water to be discharged from the gas cap, and then tighten the gas cap.

6. After the disassembly and replacement of the column head is completed, the system software can be used normally after about 12 hours in the "OPEN" mode.
