1. Plug in the power and the display light will light up. Place the start button of the discharge pump in "manual" and "terminate" positions.

2. Open the valve, introduce cold water to raise the liquid level above the floating ball part that solves the high liquid level in the storage tank, and close the valve.

3. Place the start button of the discharge pump on the control cabinet in the "fully automatic" position. When the liquid level reaches the high liquid level float, the discharge pump will start and the liquid will be discharged; The pump continues to run until the liquid level drops to the bottom level of the float and stops running. If, for various reasons, the high liquid level float fails and the liquid level rises again, there is no upper liquid level reporting float, and the power switch is connected to the reporting distribution line.

4. When the control circuit of the discharge pump is in the "manual" position, start the pump, the pump runs, and the liquid inside the tank is discharged until the button is set to "stop".

5. Start the refrigeration compressor and check the pressure gauge reading.

6. Adjust the gas volume of the sludge return gas elevator, and the valve opening has generally been adjusted in the production plant, so there is no need to re plan.

7. Open the wastewater inlet valve and the equipment will enter working mode.
