Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the pH value of water, maintain the pH value of water supply and drainage at 5-6, and the composite bag can operate in the pH range of 3-PH11 for water supply and drainage.
2. When the amount of sodium hypochlorite introduced is insufficient and the dispersed chlorine in the feed water cannot be measured, sticky mud will be generated on the membrane components of the reverse osmosis equipment, and the pressure difference of the reverse osmosis pure water treatment equipment will expand. But for composite bags and acrylic resin films, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of dispersed chlorine entering the membrane components. Exceeding the standard value will cause oxidation and decomposition of the film.
3. If water with F1 values exceeding the standard is provided as reverse osmosis pure water treatment equipment for water supply and drainage, stains will adhere to the surface of the membrane module, so it is necessary to remove the stains according to cleaning.
4. Excessive water supply will cause the membrane components to deteriorate prematurely, so the water supply should not exceed the design index value. 5. Even if the high-pressure water pump is shut down for a very short period of time, it is likely to cause common equipment malfunctions.
6. The working pressure of the channel should be maintained with a moderate margin, otherwise the desalination rate will decrease due to the lack of moderate compaction.
7. When the equipment is terminated, it is easy to use bottom pressure water supply and drainage to replace the water inside the reverse osmosis equipment. It is to better avoid the precipitation of silica during shutdown.
8. Always pay attention to the pressure difference of the precision filter. The main reason for the significant increase in pressure difference is the leakage of precision filter turbidity. On the contrary, the reason for the sudden drop in pressure difference is the damage to the precision filter components, as well as the loosening of the tightening screws of the precision filter components.
9. When the pressure difference between the equipment channel and the inlet and outlet exceeds the specifications, it indicates that the membrane surface has been contaminated by the environment or that the given water volume is above the design value. If the pressure difference problem cannot be solved by adjusting the total flow rate, then clean the membrane.
10. In summer, when the water supply and drainage temperature is high, the total flow rate of water production is high. Sometimes, it is necessary to reduce the actual operating pressure, which will cause a decrease in the water production volume. To better avoid this, the number of membrane components can be reduced, while the actual operating pressure remains at a high level.
