Single stage reverse osmosis water purifier, also known as first stage reverse osmosis water purifier, refers to the water filtered out by the pre-treatment system (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter) through the raw water (with a conductivity of about 300us/cm) and directly entering the RO system. The functions of each component of a single-stage reverse osmosis pure water machine
Raw water tank:
1: Relieve the unstable water pressure in the tap water pipeline network, prevent the inlet flow rate from being less than the input of the raw water pump, and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
2: Internally set high and low float level switches
High liquid level: When the inflow of raw water exceeds the input of the raw water pump, the float rises to the set high liquid level of the water tank, and the raw water supply stops.
Low liquid level: When the inflow of raw water is less than the input of the raw water pump, the float ball drops to the low liquid level. At this time, the raw water tank is short of water, and the raw water pump stops running to prevent dry burning of the raw water pump due to water shortage.
Raw water pump:
Solve the instability of raw water pressure to ensure a constant inlet pressure and sufficient flow rate for pre-treatment, and ensure the normal operation of pre-treatment and RO systems.
Quartz sand filter:
Quartz sand filter is a pressure filtration container made of fiberglass material, with a pressure resistance of 6kg/cm2. It is an advanced micro flocculation filtration method. The tank is filled with high wear-resistant and refined quartz sand, which can intercept small amounts of small sediment, impurities, colloidal objects, suspended solids and other visible algae in the raw water. It plays a role in reducing the turbidity and chromaticity of the raw water, filtering out insoluble impurities (such as oxides, turbidity, particles, etc.), especially in reducing the turbidity and pollution index of the raw water, and has a good filtering effect.
Activated carbon filter:
Activated carbon filter is a pressure filtration container made of fiberglass material, with a pressure resistance of 6kg/cm2. It is filled with special particle carbon for water purification, used to adsorb pigments, organic matter, residual chlorine, odors, and heavy metal ions deposited in water, remove iron, dechlorine, and increase the residual chlorine content to 1PPM. It is an indispensable material in deep water treatment and purification.
Color removal: It can remove the chromaticity formed by organic pollutants such as iron, manganese, and plant decomposition in the raw water.
Removing organic matter: can remove trace pollutants in raw water, such as pesticides, insecticides, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds, as well as BOD and COD.
Removal of organic chlorine: It can remove the odor caused by THMS and other "three pathogenic" substances and residual chlorine produced by adding pre oxidants and disinfectants (such as chlorine gas) to the raw water before leaving the factory.
Removing ammonia nitrogen and nitrite: Activated carbon can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, residual chlorine or oxidants: protecting the reverse osmosis membrane.
Deodorization: removing trace heavy metal ions (such as mercury and chromium ions) from water, synthesizing detergents and radioactive substances, etc.
Precision filter:
The shell of the precision filter is made of stainless steel material, equipped with a solution sprayed PP cotton with a filtration accuracy of 5us, which can intercept impurities entering the pre-treatment process, prevent particles in the raw water from puncturing or scratching the desalination layer on the surface of the RO reverse osmosis membrane at high flow rates, and prevent premature blockage, ensuring that the water entering the RO membrane is dry and clear, and extending the service life of the RO membrane.
The function of high-pressure pump:
The high-pressure pump adopts a vertical multi-stage special centrifugal pump to provide constant power for the reverse osmosis system, ensuring stable pressure and sufficient flow, and ensuring the normal operation of the reverse osmosis system. A water level and pressure protection device is installed in front of the inlet of the high-pressure pump. When the inlet pressure is abnormal, the high-pressure pump stops running to avoid dry running and burning the high-pressure pump.
RO reverse osmosis system:
By applying a pressure greater than osmotic pressure to the raw water through a high-pressure pump and utilizing the separation technology of RO membrane, almost all harmful substances including particles, colloids, organic impurities, microorganisms, and 99% dissolved salts exceeding 200 in the raw water are effectively separated, achieving the purpose of desalination and purification, with a pure water conductivity of 10us (raw water conductivity of 300us).
Compared with traditional ion exchange and distillation technologies, reverse osmosis technology has advantages such as small equipment volume, low energy consumption, strong adaptability, no need for acid and alkali regenerators, advanced technology, easy automation, excellent water quality, stable water quality, no microorganisms, no heavy metal ions, and no organic compounds. The discharged concentrated water is harmless to the environment and is a membrane separation technology that meets environmental requirements.
