Process flow of reverse osmosis equipment - pure water equipment - Jiajie - Jiajie pure water equipment manufacturer


In the design of reverse osmosis equipment, it has its own thinking ability and space. In the production process, repeated experiments should be conducted before on-site comparison to obtain the required results, and then enter the market. Only this application is qualified. The process flow of this equipment is divided into six parts.

1. The raw water tank of the reverse osmosis equipment stores raw water for settling large particles of sediment and other precipitable substances in the water. At the same time, it buffered the impact of unstable water pressure in the raw water pipeline on the water treatment system. (For example, pressure sensing reactions caused by low or high water pressure).

2. Multi media filters use multi-layer filters. The main purpose is to remove particles such as sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids, etc. from the raw water. Backwashing and forward flushing can be controlled by manual valves or automatic controllers.

3. The activated carbon filtration system adopts Shell activated carbon filters. Activated carbon can adsorb both electrolyte ions and ion exchange adsorption. Activated carbon adsorption can reduce the oxygen consumption (COD) of potassium permanganate from 15mg/L (o2) to 2-7mg/L (o2).

4. Ion softening system/dosing system and R/O device are used for the concentration and discharge of solid substances, as well as the utilization of fresh water. To prevent the crystallization and precipitation of substances such as CaCO3, MgCO3, MgSO4, CaSO4, BaSO4, SrSO4, siso4, etc. on the concentrated water side of the membrane component after the reverse osmosis device, when the concentration exceeds its equilibrium solubility constant, the original characteristics should be destroyed. Before assembly, membrane, ion softening device or appropriate scale inhibitor should be used to prevent the crystallization and precipitation of carbonates, silica, and sulfates.

5. Precision filters use precision filters to remove suspended solids, non straight particles, and colloids from the inlet water, ensuring stable operation of subsequent equipment such as the reverse osmosis system.

6. The reverse osmosis system of this equipment utilizes sufficient pressure to separate the solvent (usually water) from the solution through a reverse osmosis membrane (or semi permeable membrane). Because this process is opposite to the direction of natural infiltration, it is called reverse osmosis.

Reverse osmosis equipment has high desalination rate, high recovery rate, stable operation, small footprint, simple operation, and can remove most colloids and high molecular weight organic compounds during the desalination process.
