1. Problems in wastewater pretreatment
For some new wastewater treatment projects with earlier basic construction, due to limited technical standards at that time and insufficient understanding of the wastewater preparation treatment section, the selected solution process routes were deacidification, purification, and deamination to remove ammonia and phenols from the wastewater. Due to the poor purification and dephenolization effect under high pH conditions, the water entering the biochemical section contains high phenolic components. According to the wastewater treatment, if the water still contains high levels of phenols and ammonia, it indicates that a good solution effect has not been achieved. In addition, for some new wastewater treatment projects with high oil content, under the condition of fluctuating seepage, the oil content in the water is very high, most of which exceed 1000mg/L. The actual operation of wastewater treatment under such circumstances will cause the basic air flotation equipment to encounter obvious foam plastics, thus increasing the technical level of the oil-water separator.
2. Outdated technology and unstable operating effects
For the treatment of coal gasification wastewater, there are various processes that can be solved, but many of them tend to be traditional and outdated, resulting in less stable results in specific operations. The water treated through processing is still difficult to achieve environmental protection standards. For some new projects with relatively clean water bodies, the basic solution process can exceed the regulations. However, for most new coal gasification wastewater projects, the water body in the wastewater is very poor, and it is difficult to solve it using ordinary processes. Finally, the permanganate index content in the drainage pipeline usually exceeds the standard seriously, making it impossible to achieve the effect of "zero discharge". At present, the COD content in the deep water of the vast majority of companies is very high. Through statistical analysis of inspection data, the COD content is widely ranging from 100-200mg/L, and some even need to be higher. Therefore, only a very small number of companies can ensure stable and qualified production, and exceeding the standard for effluent also increases the difficulty coefficient of the process for the subsequent intelligent return water supply.
