1. The filter element is not cleaned for a long time

If such a situation occurs, it should be cleaned or replaced within the required time.

2. Temperature reduction

This kind of thing often occurs in the North China region. When the average temperature decreases, the water temperature will also relatively decrease, which will reduce the water flow and viscosity. Of course, there is less water output in this situation. Naturally, in winter, it belongs to all normal conditions and there is no need to worry too much.

3. Abnormal pressure

When the pressure gauge of pure water equipment displays information at 0.3 MPa, it is normal. If the gauge value exceeds this specification, the water production flow rate for the membrane will decrease. The basic principle is that excessive pressure leads to high membrane friction resistance, which is harmful to water treatment. According to experimental results, the closer the working pressure is to 0.3 MPa, the better the actual water treatment effect will be, but exceeding it will actually result in negative actual effects. Therefore, a pressure gauge should be installed to observe the change in working pressure. A booster water pump should be equipped at the bottom pressure, and a pressure regulating valve should be equipped at the high pressure to ensure stable water production.

4. The booster water pump or power plug is abnormal

The common faults of the booster water pump can cause a decrease in the water output of pure water equipment, even if it is not the water output. If this is the case, the booster water pump needs to be replaced immediately.
