1、 Sand filtration operation

1. Before operation, check whether the inlet and outlet water gate valves are in operation.

2. Check if the control head is in operation and observe if the display light on the operation panel is in operation.

3. Check if the power supply of the control head switch is connected.

4. The machine equipment can only be started after the inspection is completed.

2、 Operation of pure water equipment

Under all circumstances, the working temperature around the reverse osmosis device should not be less than 10 ℃ or higher than 45 ℃, and the temperature should be controlled between 20-30 ℃.

2. Check that the upper and lower limit control gauges on the first level pressure controller are at the 0.1Mpa position.

3. Open the inlet and outlet valves, discharge valves, concentrated water discharge valves, and concentrated water regulating valves of the first stage high-pressure water pump.

4. Turn on the first stage RO reverse osmosis water and use the bottom pressure pump water to enter the RO reverse osmosis components through the high-pressure water pump for a few minutes to remove gas from the components and pipelines. Operate under bottom pressure (0.3-0.5Mpa) for 2-3 minutes for easy cleaning of membrane components. Then slowly adjust the concentrated water drain valve to slowly increase the working pressure. Maintain the working pressure for 5 minutes every 0.3 Mpa increase, and do not suddenly increase to prevent damage to the membrane components.

5. Check the working pressure of the first level leakage water output, use the concentrated water discharge valve and the high-pressure water pump inlet and outlet valve to adjust the concentrated water, and adjust the proportion of the water to ensure that the utilization rate of the water exceeds the design plan. The working pressure of the leakage water is 16Kg/cm ²。

6. Accurately measure the electrical conductivity of the water body at the inlet and outlet of the water, and when it exceeds the design specifications, the electrical conductivity of the water output is 10 μ S/cm, open the water transportation valve, close the water discharge valve, and adjust the working attitude of the RO equipment.
