What is the working principle of pure water equipment?
Pure water equipment is a machine equipment used for wastewater treatment based on RO reverse osmosis membrane technology. Its principle is to release the necessary working pressure on water, so that oxygen molecules and positively ion mineral elements are released according to RO reverse osmosis membrane. However, the vast majority of organic substances (including metal cadmium), organic compounds and their pathogens, virus infections, etc. that dissolve in water cannot penetrate RO reverse osmosis membrane, resulting in strict separation of infiltrated mineral water and extracted water that cannot be infiltrated. The diameter on RO reverse osmosis membrane can only be 0.0001 μ m. And the diameter of virus infection is usually 0.02-0.4 μ m. The diameter of typical pathogens ranges from 0.4 to 1 μ M.
How to check if the activated carbon in pure water equipment is saturated?
1、 Method
1. Take a sufficient amount of new activated carbon and use colored water as the adsorption test. For example, in a beverage bottle, add an appropriate amount of activated carbon (the amount of activated carbon can be determined by oneself), and add cold water to the bottle (the amount can be determined by oneself, but not too much). Then pour the activated carbon into the bottle, drop a small amount of yellow medicine or methyl blue (the amount can be determined by oneself, but not too much), shake or let it stand for the necessary time, and then remove the aqueous solution from the bottle (no activated carbon is allowed), which is aqueous solution A.
2. Another repeated process is to add only drugs without adding activated carbon, as an aqueous solution B that has not been solved by activated carbon.
3. In the end, the applied activated carbon can be used as an experimental comparison to see where the water color in the bottle is close to aqueous solution A or B, and to distinguish whether the activated carbon also has practical application effects. Pay attention to fixing the amount of activated carbon added, water flow rate, drug dosage, and shaking time.

1. The porosity of activated carbon can be roughly divided into large and medium composite microporous plates, which refer to the presence of these types of porosity in every activated carbon. The proportion of these types of porosity components depends on the raw material materials and production standards.
