How to replace the reverse osmosis membrane of pure water equipment?

1. Close the electroplating process gate valve and wait for 10 minutes to move up and down.

2. Use a special tool to unscrew the screw cap connector on the right side of the membrane housing, and then pull out the water pipe.

3. Respond to the machine equipment in a clockwise manner, holding the membrane shell with the first hand and twisting the outer cover of the tail with the other hand.

4. Close the pressure tank gate valve, use a special tool to unscrew the screw cap connector, and guide the water pipe into the stainless steel washing sink.

5. Hold the reverse osmosis membrane tube with one end and use pointed pliers to pinch the old RO membrane, pulling it out vigorously.

6. Open a new RO membrane cover and remove it.

7. Insert the RO membrane into the RO membrane tube until one side of the two gray black small "O" rings reaches the bottom of the membrane shell.

8. Tighten the membrane housing cover.

9. Insert the water pipe and tighten the connecting screw cap.

10. Open the electroplating process gate valve.

11. Allow the machine equipment to work for at least 2 hours, then connect the water pipe to the pressure tank gate valve, and finally open the pressure tank gate valve.
