Pure water equipment, in simple terms, refers to the machinery and equipment used to produce mineral water. 1. When the amount of calcium hydroxide introduced is insufficient and the dispersed chlorine in the feed water cannot be measured, there will be sludge on the membrane components of the pure water equipment, and the pressure difference of the pure water equipment will increase. However, for composite bags and acrylic resin films, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of dispersed chlorine entering the membrane components. Exceeding the standard value will cause oxidation and decomposition of the film.
2. If water with SDI5 values exceeding the standard is provided as pure water equipment for water supply and drainage, stains will adhere to the surface of the membrane module, which must be removed according to cleaning.
3. Excessive feed water flow will cause premature deterioration of the membrane components, so the feed water flow rate should not exceed the design scheme index value. In addition, the total flow rate of concentrated water should be minimized to be lower than the design scheme index value. Operating under the standard of low concentrated water flow rate will cause uneven fluidity in the high-pressure vessel of the pure water equipment and the precipitation of stains on the membrane components due to excessive concentration.
4. Even if the high-pressure water pump of pure water equipment is shut down for a short period of time, it is likely to cause common malfunctions in the equipment.
5. The inlet work pressure should be maintained with a moderate margin.
6. In order to better avoid membrane fouling, low voltage water supply and drainage should be used to replace the water inside the pure water equipment during startup and shutdown.
7. Always pay attention to the pressure difference of the filter. The main reason for the significant increase in pressure difference is the leakage of filter turbidity. On the contrary, the reason for the sudden drop in pressure difference is the damage to the filter components and the loosening of the tightening screws of the filter components.
8. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet exceeds the specifications, it indicates that the membrane surface has been contaminated by the environment or the feedwater flow rate is above the design value. If the pressure difference problem cannot be solved by adjusting the total flow rate, then clean the membrane.
9. In summer, when the water supply and drainage temperature is high, the total flow rate of water production is high. Sometimes, it is necessary to reduce the actual operating pressure, which will cause a decrease in the water production volume. To better avoid this, the number of membrane components can be reduced, while the actual operating pressure remains at a high level.
