What are the methods for treating high concentration waste- Pure Water Equipment - Jiajie - Jiajie Pure Water Equipment Manufacturer

Choose different treatment processes for different industrial wastewater characteristics and solutions. At the same time, environmental protection and marginal benefits are important factors in selection. The method of treating high concentration wastewater must fully consider multiple factors such as high efficiency, cost, and environmental protection, explore effective and economically developed treatment methods, and achieve environmental protection goals.

High concentration wastewater is a type of wastewater with relatively high concentration values, generally referring to the content of pollutants in the wastewater exceeding the range specified by the environmental protection level. The treatment of high concentration wastewater is quite difficult, and effective treatment methods can effectively remove pollutants from the wastewater.

1. Activated sludge process

Activated sludge is a method of treating pollutants based on the degradation efficiency of microorganisms. Degradation of organic chemical pollutants in wastewater by adding specific microorganisms and nutrients. However, due to the high concentration of substances in high concentration wastewater, the high efficiency of microbial degradation will be limited.

2. Reverse osmosis method

RO reverse osmosis is a physical filtration technology, in which wastewater is filtered through a certain amount of activated carbon under high pressure to become wastewater that removes pollutants. Suitable for the treatment of high salinity wastewater, such as electroplating process wastewater, emulsified oil wastewater, etc.

3. Oxidation method

The oxidation method involves breathing oxygen or adding oxides, which, under the influence of chemical changes, cause fluctuations in pollutants and air oxidation, resulting in different effects to achieve the removal of pollutants. It has a wide range of applications and can be used to solve wastewater in fields such as chemical plants, pharmaceuticals, and printing and dyeing plants.

4. Ion exchange

Ion exchange is a physical and chemical method that removes positive ion chemicals from wastewater using an ion exchange column. Suitable for wastewater containing high concentrations of positive ions and cations, such as sodium, copper, lead, etc.

5. Membrane bioreactor method

The aerated biofilter method separates microorganisms and liquids, uses specific membrane separation technology, and creates a natural barrier on the vapor liquid page. It can not only selectively separate soil organic matter and inorganic ions from wastewater, but also achieve partial exchange of oxygen and wastewater, improving treatment capacity.
