(1) Improper adjustment of the high-pressure pump outlet valve.
(2) The pipeline between the high-pressure pump and the reverse osmosis device is blocked.
(3) If the concentrated water regulating valve is closed too tightly or blocked, the discharge flow of concentrated water will be small.
(4) The recovery rate is too low.
When high water pressure occurs, factors such as water valves, pipeline blockages, and concentrated water regulation should be checked in a timely manner, and appropriate methods should be taken to solve it. Below are two commonly used solutions:
1. By increasing the pressure of upstream treated water, adjust the concentrated water and production water pressure according to the RO inlet shut-off valve.
2. Open the outlet valve of the high-pressure pump and the inlet valve of the RO, or close the needle valve on the concentrated water pipe.
