After entering the regulating tank through Geshan, the wastewater is pumped into the bioreactor through a sewage lift pump. The backwash pump uses the cleaning pool to clean the membrane treatment equipment, and the backwash wastewater returns to the regulating pool. Operate the opening and closing of the sewage lift pump according to the water level line inside the bioreactor. The filtration and backwashing operation of the membrane module can be fully automatic or manually operated. When the membrane module requires actual operation of chemical water treatment, close the water valve and wastewater circulation valve, open the drug washing valve and drug circulation valve, run the drug water circulation pump, and carry out actual operation of chemical water treatment.

Characteristics of daily sewage treatment system:

1. The water output is excellent. Due to the separation efficiency of the membrane, there is no need to install other solid-liquid separation equipment such as sedimentation and filtration. Efficient solid-liquid separation equipment separates floating chemicals, colloidal solution chemicals, and beneficial microorganisms flowing out of biological modules from purified water, and can be immediately recycled without the need for tertiary solutions. Has a high water safety factor.

2. The total area occupied is small. The high concentration of microorganisms in the biological treatment unit of the membrane bioreactor further increases the capacity load, and the precision of membrane separation greatly shortens the retention time of hydroelectric power generation in the treatment unit, reducing the total occupied area. At the same time, the membrane bioreactor uses membrane components and does not require sedimentation tanks or professional filtration production workshops. The system software only occupies 60% of the traditional method.

3. Save operating costs. Due to the high oxygen utilization rate and unique intermittent operation method of MBR, the operating time and power consumption of the hydrolysis and acidification tank equipment are greatly reduced, saving energy consumption. At the same time, because the membrane can filter out harmful substances such as bacteria and virus infections, it can significantly save the long-term operating costs provided by pesticide disinfection and sterilization. The membrane bioreactor processing process does not require the addition of water treatment flocculants, reducing operating costs.

4. The system software has strong impact resistance and wide integration coverage. Avoiding the outflow of various beneficial microorganisms is beneficial for the growth and development of bacteria (such as nitrifying bacteria) with slow growth and development rates, prolonging the waiting time for some difficult to dissolve substances in biological macromolecules, which is beneficial for their dissolution, and thus facilitating the smooth development of various metabolic processes in the system software.

5. Low secondary pollution. The level of sewage treatment is relatively high, and the discharged wastewater is clean water.

6. The level of automation technology is high, with no one taking care of it, and the machinery and equipment are fully intelligent systems.
