Manually open the electric valves A and B2 of the backwash drainage pipeline of the industrial wastewater treatment equipment, as well as the drainage pipeline. 3. Manually open the backwash water and electricity engineering valve of the industrial production wastewater treatment equipment, start the backwash pump, backwash for about 5.0 minutes, stop the backwash pump, and close the backwash water and electricity engineering valve. After the backwashing of industrial wastewater treatment equipment is completed, it needs to be stopped for 45 minutes to one hour before the next operation can be repaired.
2、 Automatic backwashing of water treatment equipment: 1. Wastewater treatment is backwashed for a total operating time of about 8 hours (the time needs to be adjustable, but separated from the sedimentation time of industrial production wastewater treatment equipment). 2. First stop the sewage lifting pump, stop the operation of the concrete and coagulant dosing pump, close the industrial production sewage treatment equipment inlet water and electricity engineering valve, open the drainage pipes A and B electric valves, and close the drainage pipes for about 60 seconds, open the backwashing inlet water and electricity engineering valve, start the backwashing pump to clean for about five minutes, stop the backwashing pump, close the backwashing inlet water and electricity engineering valve, and the industrial production sewage treatment equipment will stop running for 45 minutes to one hour before it can be repaired and operated.
Under normal circumstances, it takes about ten minutes to wash the front and back before starting in the morning. As you have been operating in the previous shift for a long time and have gone through another night, you need to clean it up. The main solution road is composed of the original water storage tank, disc filter, ultrafiltration device, filtration water storage tank, primary RO equipment, intermediate water storage tank, secondary RO equipment, RO water tank, EDI equipment, and desalination water tank in sequence according to the pipeline; The flow return port of the secondary RO equipment and the flow return port of the EDI equipment will be led to the filtration water storage tank according to the pipeline; The filter water storage tank is also equipped with a second drainage outlet, which is used to connect the ultrafiltration device for providing backwash water resources, generating a repeatedly used sewage treatment control circuit to improve water utilization.
The larger cleaning discharge of the disc filter and ultrafiltration device is 2.8t/h, and the ultrafiltration device outputs a larger water production rate of 36.74t/h to the filtration water storage tank; The filtration water storage tank has a large acquisition of 5.87t/h concentrated water return total flow rate. The second output port of the filtration water storage tank has a large output of 1.45t/h water flow rate, while the concentrated water storage tank has a large output of 4.22t/h water flow rate.
