Management methods during the shutdown period of water treatment equipment (0-45 hours): The management methods during the daily shutdown period (0-2 days) should refer to all normal shutdown procedures. The key is to carry out bottom pressure cleaning during shutdown, and to better avoid the growth of microorganisms, it is necessary to clean every 24 hours. Management method for system software shutdown (2-25) days: The shutdown of membrane system software shall be carried out in accordance with the daily application and maintenance process. After shutting down, ensure that the high-pressure container is filled with pure water produced by RO production, and close all water seepage, concentrated water gate valves, and water production gate valves to avoid dryness of membrane components and the growth of microorganisms. When the temperature exceeds 20 ℃, it must be cleaned repeatedly every 12 hours; When the temperature is below 20 ℃, clean repeatedly every 24 hours. For groundwater or water resources with high micro biological pollution, it is necessary to clean the RO reverse osmosis system software with a water solution containing 1.0% sodium hydroxide configured with RO water production. If such water solution is used separately to soak membrane components, the actual effect will be stronger, and the repeated cleaning cycle time will also be relatively increased. During the shutdown period of the system software, the temperature is maintained between 5 ℃ and 45 ℃. Ultra low temperature is beneficial for the storage of membrane components, but system software freezing and locking should be avoided. Management method for long-term shutdown of system software (over 25 days): Refer to all normal shutdown procedures and clean the system software with commercial water bottom pressure. It is best to carry out a chemical water treatment and sterilization solution. After washing, use the RO water production bottom pressure cleaning system software until the concentrated water oxidation-reduction potential is consistent with the permeate oxidation-reduction potential. Prepare a 1.0% sodium hydroxide maintenance solution using RO reverse osmosis to produce purified water. Clean the membrane components using a chemical water treatment system software circulation system to remove gas from the high-pressure container. Thoroughly immerse the membrane components in the maintenance solution to avoid dryness. Close all water valves, concentrated water gate valves, and water production gate valves to prevent gas from entering and rendering the maintenance solution ineffective. Check the pH value of the maintenance solution every week. When the pH is below 3, please replace the maintenance solution immediately.

Microbial contamination refers to the accumulation of microorganisms on the membrane water page, which can harm the software characteristics of the system.
