The waste horizontal flow sedimentation tank is equipped with a sewage lifting pump, and the anaerobic fermentation reaction tank is equipped with a rotating nozzle A. The sewage lifting pump is connected to the rotating nozzle A according to the pipeline, and the aerobic reaction tank is equipped with a rotating nozzle B. The rotating nozzle B is connected to the anaerobic fermentation reflection tank according to the pipeline, and the flow back to the sedimentation tank is equipped with a vertical flow cylinder. The tube economy management road is connected to the aerobic reaction tank, and there is an outlet weir connected to the MBR tank in the flow back to the sedimentation tank. The flow back to the bottom of the sedimentation tank is connected to the anaerobic fermentation reaction tank and the aerobic reaction tank based on the flow back pump and the flow back pipeline containing a relay.
