What is the normal pressure for a section of reverse osmosis in pure water equipment- Pure Water Equipment - Jiajie - Jiajie Pure Water Equipment Manufacturer

The pressure issue in pure water equipment may have been causing a lot of headaches for many people. I don't know how good it is to set it, nor do I know in which range it is normal. How much pressure is normal for a section of reverse osmosis?

Pure water equipment reverse osmosis RO membranes are generally divided into high pressure and bottom pressure. The high pressure is generally 15KG, and the bottom pressure is 10kg. The pressure before and after the membrane is similar, usually around 0.3kg. The pressure between one and two sections is read on the meter, and then calculate the pressure difference for one section. If you do basic theoretical calculations, it is to use seepage pressure to reduce a certain loss. This is determined by the system software's membrane sorting, total number, utilization rate, water body, and temperature! Generally, the operating standard value of the newly installed film is taken as the normal standard value for everything! The pressure before the surface water film is generally 8-16KG, with a pressure difference of 1-3.5 kilograms! The actual benchmark value can be calculated based on reverse osmosis membrane mobile software.

The pressure at which water flows out is indescribable, usually around 2 bar, while the pressure at which water seeps out is generally around 3 bar. After adding 4.5 bar to 6 bar, if it is an imported filter element, the general requirement is 9 bar up and down. The effluent pressure of reverse osmosis is definitely not high. Generally, a high flow rate RO membrane paired with a high flow rate pump will increase the water flow rate, and the pressure will be slightly higher. The pressure constrained by the structure and basic principles is ultimately not high, and it is unlikely to increase the pump pressure because the membrane will burst naturally. If there are indeed regulations on pressure and lift, a fan blade pump should be added to the outlet water.

The seepage pressure is the pressure at which water enters the reverse osmosis machine equipment. One is the seepage pressure of the front-end development preparation treatment (quartz active filtration device, activated carbon filtration device, and soft filtration device), which is generated by the original centrifugal water pump and falls within the range of 3KG. The second is the blanching pressure after the reverse osmosis equipment, which does not necessarily ensure a seepage pressure of 3KG. In common reverse osmosis machinery and equipment, a pressure power switch is installed after this pressure to control the operation of high pump pressure. The setting range of the pressure power switch is approximately 1.5-3KG.

Water yield (during operation) pressure is sometimes called RO membrane component seepage pressure. The pressure required for membrane components during operation does not have a certain standard value. Taking Haide membrane components as an example, the standard detection pressure is 1.5CPA, but here is the detection pressure. The detection pressure is qualitatively different from the application pressure of membrane components, and the specific application pressure is subject to such factors as temperature, average water diffusion coefficient, salinity of seepage, system software utilization, membrane component type (bottom pressure membrane or high pressure membrane, water film or sea facial mask).
