This fault is prone to occur when the water hardness exceeds the standard after the first adjustment of the softened water equipment is installed. The reason for this fault is that the upper end of the central pipe is not rounded or the lubricating fluid is not wiped. When inserted into the central pipe, it causes damage to the O-ring at the insertion of the multi way valve's central pipe, resulting in water hardness leakage and water hardness exceeding the standard. The solution is to replace the O-ring and wipe the lubricating fluid during installation.

2. Soft epoxy resin embrittlement ineffective

Most of the methods that cause this occur after 2 years of application in softened water equipment, where the softened epoxy resin loses its vitality, even if it cannot be repaired. The solution is to dismantle and replace the epoxy resin

3. Unable to absorb salt or for a short period of time

If there is a problem with the salt absorption system software of the softened water equipment, or if the working pressure of the water seepage is too low (for machines and equipment using jet pumps), this fault condition can occur. The solution is to check if the jet pump is blocked or if the salt absorption pump is faulty, and increase the working pressure of the water seepage (suitable working pressure range is 0.2-0.4Mpa).
