Pure water equipment is a type of machine equipment used to solve mineral water problems. During the entire process of producing pure cold water, there are usually some small defects in the application of pure cold water machine equipment. 1、 If the high-pressure pump is not operated, it is impossible to produce water. Check if the power is cut off and if the power plug is properly plugged in. Check if the low-voltage switch is malfunctioning and do not connect to the switch power supply. Check if the high-voltage circuit breaker or liquid level controller is malfunctioning and cannot be calibrated. Check if the transformer and fuse are burnt out.
2、 The high-pressure pump is working normally, but it cannot produce water. The high-pressure pump is overpressure. External filter clogged (with no or small amount of pure water or wastewater). The check valve is blocked (with wastewater and no pure water). The relay has failed and cannot be effectively opened. Is the RO membrane blocked.
3、 The working pressure of the high-pressure pump is insufficient and cannot reach the set working pressure. The check valve is blocked and pure water cannot be discharged (with wastewater but without pure water). The high-voltage circuit breaker has failed and cannot be tripped. The relay has failed and cannot be effectively opened.
4、 The high-pressure pump is shut down but the wastewater continuous relay fails, making it impossible to effectively stop the water check valve for pressure relief, resulting in very little wastewater.
5、 After the water is full, the equipment repeatedly jumps due to the lack of check valve pressure relief. The failure management system of the high-voltage circuit breaker has a pressure relief situation.
6、 The pressure tank is full but pure water cannot be discharged. Is the activated carbon blockage of the pressure tank gate valve damaged after the pressure relief camera is installed.
7、 The total flow rate of pure water is lacking, and the external filter element is clogged. The working pressure of the high-pressure pump is lacking, and the RO membrane is clogged. The imbalance of the wastewater ratio may be due to the flushing power switch not being tightly turned off.
8、 The proportion of pure water and wastewater is not optimistic and unbalanced. Check if the flushing relay is damaged. Check if the wastewater ratio sensor is blocked or excessively disconnected. Check if the RO membrane is blocked or if the sludge load is not optimistic and can be reduced.
9、 The continuous flushing of the equipment may not be effective compared to the ineffective flushing, and the flushing may gradually become less tight.
10、 Check if the source water pipeline is shut down due to high rotation speed of the booster pump, causing high noise in the pure water machine. Check if everything is normal in the source water, assuming that there is no tower for water supply, and if there is steam in the water. Check if there is a defect in the booster pump, if there is excessive shaking or contradictory sound. Check if the pure water machine is placed in a safe position. Check if the water pipe is too long, and if the pump shaking causes the water pipe to hit the shell. Check if there is too much noise in the hot water and if everything is normal in the refrigeration compressor.
