The frequency of membrane cleaning is closely related to the sound level of pre-treatment measures. The more complete the pre-treatment, the longer the interval between cleaning times; On the contrary, the simpler the pre-treatment, the higher the cleaning frequency. Generally, membrane cleaning follows the "10% rule" - when the calibrated total water flow rate is reduced by 10% compared to the total flow rate of the initial 200h operation (after clamping), and/or when the pressure difference is observed to increase by 10-20%, cleaning must be carried out. Try to take certain effective measures before the desalination rate is reduced and the displayed information is released. Reliable allocation of defensive maintenance and cleaning cannot maintain the reverse osmosis system software. For example, due to abnormal operation of pre-treatment equipment, the seepage standard may change in the short term.

Backwashing is reasonable to avoid blockage of some reverse osmosis membrane components by large particles, but not all environmental pollution can be eliminated by simple backwashing. There must also be periodic chemical cleaning, which not only increases drug and labor costs, but also poses environmental pollution problems. Therefore, it cannot be done frequently in Mandarin. It cannot exceed 1-2 times a month, and each cleaning time is about 1-2 hours.

Chemical cleaning system software generally includes an organic chemical mixing box and matching pumps, switching valves, electric heaters, etc. Chemical cleaning is often based on operational work experience to make decisions (which can be based on the correlation curve between the loss reading of each machine and operating time, or on the water production rate, water body and membrane loss, etc.).

The commonly used drugs and methods for chemical cleaning need to be determined based on pollutants. But more emphasis should be placed on accumulating and utilizing the work experience of our company. To better ensure actual results, flushing should be carried out before chemical cleaning. Before rinsing, lower blood pressure first, and then rinse the membrane with 2-3 times the normal water flow rate. By using the stirring effect of the liquid, the waste is removed from the membrane surface and washed away. Subsequently, based on the characteristics of environmental pollution, a cleaning solution was selected to chemically clean the membrane. In order to better maintain the reverse osmosis membrane components, the liquid temperature should not exceed 35 ℃.

If the system software is stopped for more than 5 days and has powerful functions, it can be used after indoor formaldehyde flushing. If the system software is stopped for two weeks or longer, it must be soaked in 0.25% indoor formaldehyde to prevent microbial growth and development in the membrane. Organic chemical drugs should be replaced every week.
