Generally, membrane cleaning follows the "10% rule" - when the calibrated total water flow rate is reduced by 10% compared to the total flow rate of the initial 200h operation (after clamping), and/or when the pressure difference is observed to increase by 10-20%, cleaning must be carried out. Subsequently, based on the characteristics of environmental pollution, a cleaning solution was selected to chemically clean the membrane. In order to better maintain the reverse osmosis membrane components, the liquid temperature should not exceed 35 ℃.

If the system software is stopped for more than 5 days and has powerful functions, it can be used after indoor formaldehyde flushing. If the system software is stopped for two weeks or longer, it must be soaked in 0.25% indoor formaldehyde to prevent microbial growth and development in the membrane. Organic chemical drugs should be replaced every week.
