1. Design scheme reasons:
A. The reverse osmosis design scheme is a three-stage operation with a utilization rate of 85%. This type of operation method makes the salinity of the water entering the three-stage already very high, so the concentrated water in the three-stage is even worse. Therefore, the scaling trend of the membrane components in the first stage of reverse osmosis after the three-stage operation is relatively large. At present, most of China's reverse osmosis design schemes are two-stage operation, with a utilization rate of 75%.
B. After the shutdown of the reverse osmosis design scheme, the machine equipment is flushed with reverse osmosis seepage water to carry out bottom pressure flushing. This type of operation method works at a working pressure of 0.3~0.4MPa during flushing. Under this working pressure, reverse osmosis still causes water leakage, so the water on the concentrated water side is still concentrated and the salinity is still very high, which is very easy to cause scaling on the concentrated water side of the suspended reverse osmosis. Nowadays, most of the flushing design schemes after reverse osmosis shutdown are for reverse osmosis production water or using desalinated water for flushing. This type of flushing method can effectively replace the reverse osmosis concentrated water, ensuring that the salinity on the concentrated water side is very low after reverse osmosis shutdown, and can reasonably avoid the occurrence of scaling on the concentrated water side during reverse osmosis shutdown.
C. The dosage is not thoroughly mixed and symmetrical, resulting in uneven dosing and easy scaling of the reverse osmosis membrane.
2. Reason for reverse osmosis machine equipment:
A. After inspection, it was found that the scale inhibitor plunger metering pump was unable to dispense medicine, and three scale inhibitor plunger metering pumps had common faults. After disassembly and replacement, it is very easy to cause the scale inhibitor plunger metering pump to be unable to dispense medicine or common faults to be dealt with in a timely manner, resulting in a short period of no use of medicine for reverse osmosis during operation.
B. The leakage of reverse osmosis scale inhibitor equipment is relatively serious, which is likely to endanger the dosage of reverse osmosis scale inhibitor.
3. Actual operation reasons of reverse osmosis machine equipment:
A. Rapid depressurization during shutdown did not fully flush. Because the concentration of carbonate on the concentrated water side of the membrane is higher than that of the source water, it is prone to scaling and environmental pollution of the membrane.
B. Rinse with pre treated water containing added chemicals. Water containing chemicals is likely to cause membrane environmental pollution during the shutdown period of machinery and equipment. Therefore, when preparing for shutdown in advance, the addition of chemical drugs should be terminated, and blood pressure should be gradually lowered to around 3 bar. Rinse with prepared water for 10 minutes until the TDS (total dissolved solid) of the concentrated water is close to the TDS of the source water.
