1. Regularly maintain and immediately replace the high-precision filter element to avoid environmental pollution caused by the leakage of particles in the reverse osmosis membrane due to installation or product quality issues.
2. Backwash the water treatment filter on time. During backwashing, air compression vapor friction should be carried out. After the backwashing is qualified, it should be left to stand for 10 minutes before backwashing. Only after the effluent from the backwashing is qualified can it be delivered for use. Do not bring gas to RO reverse osmosis, which not only reduces the impact of the conversion filtration device on the effluent water, but also saves a lot of backwashing water.
3. The reverse osmosis membrane that has been discontinued should be cleaned at the bottom pressure on time, ensuring that it is cleaned once per shift. If the operation is stopped for more than 7 days, 0.5%~1% sodium hydroxide or 0.5%~1% formaldehyde solution should be used to maintain the reverse osmosis membrane. And the maintenance fluid should be immediately inspected.
4. The working pressure of the high-pressure water pump channel should exceed 0.05Mpa to prevent gas or intercepted substances in front of the reverse osmosis equipment from being pumped into the reverse osmosis membrane by the high-pressure water pump.
