Common troubleshooting methods for pure water equipment

1. Not producing water and sounding an alarm for a long time

Check the high-pressure pump for any wastewater. If there is wastewater, check the seepage system software and drainage equipment for any problems. Check if the check valve is stuck and if there is no purified water discharged from the faucet; Is the membrane damaged prematurely, or is it at the end of its service life, obstructed by blanching water, or is it still wet; Are there any blocked sewage pumps in other areas. If there is no wastewater, check the electromagnetic water valve to see if it cannot be opened and the water cannot pass through; In addition, check if the filter element has been blocked, and it is time to replace it.

2. The water storage bucket is full but does not shut down

Check the high-voltage circuit breaker to see if the pressure is too high. If the pure water equipment in the laboratory is too high, adjust it to 2.8-3kg/cm2. In addition, the internal corner anchor bolts of the high-voltage circuit breaker are adjustable, with a 2mm hex wrench. The greater the pressure in a clockwise direction, the smaller the opposite direction. The pressure does not need to be too high, as it increases the seepage pressure, which indirectly reflects the pressure of the high-pressure pump, which cannot reach 3kg/cm2. The pressure of the high-pressure pump is insufficient, and secondly, the pressure of the high-pressure pump is too low. Everything should be normal at 6-9kg/cm2.

3. After the pure water equipment is shut down, the wastewater continues to flow

The electromagnetic water valve is not tightly closed or installed in reverse. The backflow of the check valve causes continuous wastewater, and the two types of wastewater that can slip away are different. The former is drinking water, and the latter is mineral water. Different water bodies result in different water flow rates. The former is more flushing, while the latter has a smaller total flow rate. Due to the continuous wastewater caused by the check valve, the water storage bucket gate valve can be closed, and the wastewater flow can be distinguished.
