What are the common problems with ultrapure water equipment?
If the device host experiences the above faults, first observe the full water indicator light on the panel. If the indicator light for the full water tank lights up for a period of time and then goes out, open the door of the main unit, check the high pressure switch (black, marked), adjust the pressure regulating screw clockwise, and observe whether it can be solved during operation. If not resolved; Please observe the pure water pressure gauge on the side of the host to see if the pressure will increase or decrease after a period of time. If this is the case, the flushing solenoid valve (marked in blue) may leak. During operation, the pipeline at the outlet of the flushing solenoid valve can be pulled out to observe if there is any water flowing out. If so, the flushing solenoid valve is faulty. If there is no such phenomenon, the reverse osmosis membrane shell check valve will leak.
2. If the device starts but cannot fetch water, please observe the panel water source pressure indicator. If it goes out, please check if the municipal tap water is cut off or if the water pressure is low; If the source water pressure light remains on, open the main engine door, pull out the pipe at the outlet of the inlet solenoid valve (blue, marked), and observe whether there is water flowing out of the outlet of the solenoid valve (if the pressure is high, please cover it with a towel); If there is, pull out the blue pipe at the inlet of the ultrafiltration (different models have different processes, and depending on the on-site model, ultrafiltration may not be connected), and observe whether there is water flowing out during operation (high pressure, container needs to be connected to water). If there is no water flowing out, the pump is blocked; If water flows out, the reverse osmosis membrane should be blocked.
3. The water tank on the panel of the ultra pure water equipment is full and the light is on, but no pure water flows out. Shake the pressure tank to see if there is water inside; If there is water, check the air nozzle at the bottom of the pressure tank and then press to see if there is any air discharged. If there is no water, the bucket will lose pressure and can be charged to 7 psi.

When the equipment is running, stop and unplug the blue pipe at the inlet of the host on the host side, and observe whether the water outlet is too small (high pressure, container needs to be connected to water). If so, it is necessary to replace the pre-treatment filter element; If the water outlet is normal, check if the water pressure is low. If it is low, install a booster device; If the water pressure is normal, it should be affected by the water hammer and a water hammer cleaning device should be installed.

6. Check if the system power light on the main panel of the device is always on. If not, check if the power switch is connected and if the power socket fuse is blown. If so, please replace it. If the power indicator light remains on, check if the water supply is stopped or if the water switch is not turned on; Check if the panel water tank full water indicator light is always on. If it stays on, the high-pressure switch fault should be checked after the ultrapure water equipment water tank is dry. If the indicator light of the full water tank does not light up, the pre-treatment filter element is blocked, the pump will be overloaded, unable to discharge water, and the filter element needs to be replaced.
