Single stage reverse osmosis equipment systems generally include pre-treatment systems, reverse osmosis equipment, post-treatment systems, cleaning systems, and electrical control systems. When installing reverse osmosis equipment, there are several prerequisites that need to be communicated and decided with the customer in advance, including:
Installation steps:
1、 Installation of reverse osmosis equipment
After the equipment is transported to the site, it should be placed indoors, and the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃ or higher than 38 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 35 ℃, ventilation measures should be strengthened.
2. After the equipment arrives, it should be installed within one month and tested for water in a timely manner. Do not open the valve before debugging.
3. After the device is in place, the support points of the device should be adjusted to ensure that the components are in a basic horizontal position and in reliable contact with the foundation.
4. The pipeline and valve connecting the device to the water pump should be degreased before connection, and the overflow part of the water pump should also be degreased.
5. The height of the production pipeline in the factory area should be less than 8m.
When the cleaning device and R/O device of single-stage reverse osmosis equipment are connected by hard pipes, the inlet and outlet pipes should not be directly laid on the ground to avoid damage.
2、 Installation of reverse osmosis membrane components
1. Check for scratches or damage inside the pressure vessel and replace the leaking container. Rinse the pressure vessel with clean water, clean other dust and particles, and remove corrosion products or external impurities (including excessive lubricating oil). The range from 1/2 of the slope to approximately 1/2 of the slope inside the lubrication tube shell.
2. Check if there are any defects on the surface of the membrane components. If there are defects, they should be dealt with promptly to avoid scratching the container. Be careful to prevent the film from being rolled out at the end of the device. If other defects that cannot be handled are found, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
3. Use approximately 50% glycerol water mixture to lubricate the container. The mixture can be dipped in a cotton cloth of appropriate size.
4. Install a membrane element onto the inlet end of the pressure vessel and leave a few inches at the end of the membrane element outside the vessel to connect to the next membrane element.
5. Use a small amount of lubricant to lubricate the O-ring of the joint, in order to connect the joint to the next membrane element. Install the next module.
6. Connect external lines.
The disassembly process of pressure vessels and membrane components in single-stage reverse osmosis equipment is opposite to the installation process.
