1. The main reason for high decibel noise is that the equipment is in an unstable state, the compressor is not working properly, the raw water is not working properly, and due to the absence of a water supply tower, gas appears in the water, causing the raw water pipeline to be cut off, resulting in a pressure pump idling and causing high decibel noise from the water treatment equipment. In response to this defect, timely correction or replacement of the original water pipe, selection of relatively quiet water treatment equipment placement, frequent protection of the compressor, proper maintenance of the compressor and water supply equipment water tower, to prevent the occurrence of a large amount of gas in the water.

2. Leakage at work is mainly due to the presence of leakage points in the waterway. To address this defect, inspect the waterway of the purified water production equipment and identify the leakage point. If it is not easy to find, you can use a dry tissue to check.

3. The purity of gas field water is low, mainly due to the failure of the high-pressure switch or float switch, which cannot jump back; The blockage of the reverse osmosis membrane filter element in the raw water ball valve causes damage to the solenoid valve, blockage of the activated carbon filter element, and abnormal input or output voltage of the pure water treatment equipment.

4. The TDS value is too high. The main reason for this defect is that the water in the storage tank has been left for too long, and the activated carbon behind has not been cleaned thoroughly. If so, the water in the storage tank should be drained in a timely manner and the newly replaced activated carbon should be cleaned.
