In the design of reverse osmosis purified water equipment, it has its own unique thinking ability and space. 1. The raw water tank of the reverse osmosis equipment stores raw water for settling large particles of sediment and other precipitable substances in the water. 3. The activated carbon filtration system adopts Shell activated carbon filters. Activated carbon can adsorb both electrolyte ions and ion exchange adsorption. Activated carbon adsorption can reduce the oxygen consumption (COD) of potassium permanganate from 15mg/L (o2) to 2-7mg/L (o2). In addition, adsorption increases the concentration of surface adsorption and replication, and also plays a catalytic role in removing pigments, odors, large amounts of biochemical organic matter, reducing residual chlorine value, and pesticide pollutants, removing pollutants such as trihalides (THM) in water.

4. Ion softening system/dosing system and R/O device are used for the concentration and discharge of solid substances, as well as the utilization of fresh water. To prevent crystallization and precipitation of substances such as CaCO3, MgCO3, MgSO4, CaSO4, BaSO4, SrSO4, siso4, etc. on the concentrated water side, especially on the membrane component of the reverse osmosis pure water equipment, when the concentration exceeds its equilibrium solubility constant, membrane, ion softening device or appropriate scale inhibitor should be used before assembly to prevent crystallization and precipitation of carbonates, silica, and sulfates.

5. Precision filters use precision filters to remove suspended solids, non straight particles, and colloids from the inlet water, ensuring the reliable operation of subsequent equipment such as the reverse osmosis system. The filter element of the precision filter is 5 μ M melt blown filter element, aimed at preventing more than 5 in the upper filtration unit μ The impurities of m are removed. Prevent the reverse osmosis device from damaging the membrane surface, thereby disrupting the desalination performance of the membrane.

6. Reverse osmosis equipment: The reverse osmosis system uses sufficient pressure to separate the solvent (usually water) from the solution through a reverse osmosis membrane (or semi permeable membrane). Because this process is opposite to the direction of natural infiltration, it is called reverse osmosis. The reverse osmosis method can adapt to many saline raw water, especially in high salinity water treatment projects, and can achieve good technical and economic benefits.

The reverse osmosis purified water equipment has high desalination rate, high recovery rate, stable operation, small footprint, simple operation, and can remove most colloids and high molecular weight organic compounds during the desalination process.
