What is the working principle of reverse osmosis purified water equipment- Pure Water Equipment - Jiajie - Jiajie Pure Water Equipment Manufacturer

Reverse osmosis purified water equipment usually consists of raw water pretreatment system, reverse osmosis purification system, and ultra clean post-treatment system. The main purpose of pretreatment is to ensure that the raw water meets the requirements for stable operation of the reverse osmosis membrane separation module and reverse osmosis purification system. Reverse osmosis membrane system is an economical (theoretically) purification method for removing about 98% ions, organic matter, and 100% microorganisms from raw water. In order to meet the water quality requirements for different purposes, the ultra clean post-treatment system further removes impurities such as trace ions and organic matter from reverse osmosis pure water through various integrated technologies.

Working principle

Reverse osmosis is an ultra precision membrane separation technology. The operating pressure is applied to the inlet (concentrated solution) side to overcome natural osmotic pressure. When an operating pressure higher than the natural osmotic pressure is applied on the concentrated solution side, the flow of water molecules will be reversed, and the water molecules in the influent (concentrated solution) will become purified water on the dilute solution side through the reverse osmosis membrane; Reverse osmosis purified water equipment can block all dissolved salts and organic matter with a molecular weight greater than 100, but allows water molecules to pass through. The desalination rate of reverse osmosis composite membranes is generally greater than 98%. Widely used in the preparation of industrial pure water, electronic ultrapure water, production of drinking pure water, boiler water supply, etc. The use of reverse osmosis devices before ion exchange can greatly reduce the discharge of operating water and wastewater.

Reverse osmosis

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a high-tech membrane separation technology driven by pressure difference. It has the characteristics of high separation, no phase transition, and simple structure. The "pore size" of the reverse osmosis membrane is as small as nanometers (1nm=10-9m), and the "filtering" pores are not visible under scanning electron microscopy. At operating pressures higher than the original water osmotic pressure, water molecules can produce pure water through reverse osmosis semi permeable membranes. A large amount of inorganic ions, organic matter, colloids, microorganisms, and heat in the original water are intercepted by the reverse osmosis membrane.

After being treated by the first level reverse osmosis purified water equipment, the conductivity of the gas field water is generally less than 10 μ S/cm; The conductivity of gas field water after treatment by secondary reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is less than 10 μ S/cm, after reverse osmosis water treatment, an ultra pure water treatment equipment system can be prepared, supplemented by ion exchange equipment or EDI equipment, to achieve a resistivity of 18 megaohms (conductivity=1/resistivity). Reverse osmosis membrane (abbreviated as reverse osmosis membrane) refers to a type of membrane commonly referred to as reverse osmosis membrane (abbreviated as reverse osmosis membrane) in the direction of reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis can be used above osmotic pressure by separating, purifying, and concentrating solutions. The main separation object of reverse osmosis membranes is the ion range in the solution.
