1. Process water preparation

1.1 Open the raw water valve of the process water treatment system, check for water discharge, and then turn on the power switch;

1.2 Check whether the inlet and outlet water pressure meets the regulations;

1.3 Control the pure water flow rate at the specified value;

1.4 Turn on the water quality monitoring switch and check if the water quality meets the quality requirements for process water;

1.5 Send pure water that meets quality requirements to the workshop for production.

2. Abnormal water treatment

When the test results indicate that the water quality cannot meet the requirements for process water, the mixed resin in the water treatment system shall be treated as follows:

2.1 First discharge the water from the mixing tower;

2.2 Prepare 4% hydrochloric acid regeneration solution;

2.3 Add 4% hydrochloric acid regeneration solution to the mixed resin column and soak for 30 minutes. After soaking, discharge the hydrochloric acid solution from the column and rinse the resin column with pure water until neutral;

2.4 Prepare 4% sodium hydroxide regeneration solution;

2.5 Inject 4% sodium hydroxide regeneration solution into the mixed resin and soak the mixed resin for 30 minutes; After soaking, discharge the sodium hydroxide solution from the column, wash the resin column with pure water to neutral, and retain it.

1、 Maintenance of purified water treatment equipment

1. Operators should strictly follow the operating procedures to open and close the equipment.

2. Operators should conduct at least three rounds of inspections per day to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Operators and maintenance personnel should pay attention to maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the equipment, promptly removing dripping problems, and recording and marking the location of items that cannot be removed temporarily.

4. Water pipes and joints should be regularly checked for damage and looseness, and attention should be paid to antifreeze.

5. Regularly inspect the operation of water pumps and high-pressure pumps, and report any problems promptly.

6. Regularly clean the filter screen and replace the PP cotton in the security filter to meet the standards for purified water treatment.

7. Operators should identify the cause of equipment abnormalities and report them in a timely manner. In emergency situations, decisive measures should be taken. For faults that cannot be removed, if the cause of the fault is unclear, the equipment should not be opened blindly. Problems that cannot be resolved should be carefully recorded and handed over to other personnel for repair.

8. Check if the electrical control box connector often falls off to ensure electrical safety.

2、 Planned maintenance of purified water treatment equipment

Planned maintenance includes minor, medium, major, and shutdown major repairs.

1. Planned maintenance of individual equipment

Minor repair: Stop the machine for a short period of time during use, repair or replace individual vulnerable and corrosive parts, and clean and adjust them.

Medium maintenance: including minor repairs, partial disassembly of equipment, repair or replacement of major components that cannot function properly, until the next medium maintenance cycle.

Maintenance: Prolonged shutdown, disassembly of equipment, repair or replacement of non compliant components. Restore the original performance of the device (accuracy, efficiency, output, etc.).

Shutdown maintenance: It can be a maintenance carried out for one or several sections or even the entire plant.

2. Maintenance content and requirements

The content and requirements of maintenance are determined based on the actual problems of the equipment and the problems discovered during daily operation and maintenance.

3. Implementation of maintenance plan

Develop a maintenance plan (including maintenance funding plan) and submit it to the factory leadership for approval before implementation.
