1. Strictly control the inlet water quality to ensure that the device operates under water quality conditions that meet the inlet water quality requirements. The inlet water quality does not meet the requirements, which can easily cause fouling and blockage of the reverse osmosis membrane, leading to the failure of consumables and seriously affecting the outlet water quality.
2. The total inflow of reverse osmosis is controlled by the reverse osmosis inlet regulating valve. If there is no change in the reverse osmosis inlet water volume, do not tamper with the reverse osmosis inlet control valve. It is strictly prohibited to open or close. The reverse osmosis concentration control valve is used to regulate the recovery rate of the system. If the recovery rate has not changed, do not move the centralized emission control valve randomly.
3. The unit shall not be shut down for a long time, and the daily operating time shall not be less than 2 hours. If the shutdown is ready for more than 72 hours, a chemical cleaning device should be used to inject sodium bisulfate and glycerol into the components for protection.
4. When the reverse osmosis device is started after each shutdown, the inlet water pressure is less than 0.4MPa and it is flushed for 10 minutes.
5. For operational pressure control, under the premise of achieving water production and quality, the pressure value should be as low as possible to reduce the attenuation of membrane water flux and membrane replacement rate.
6. Operators record operating parameters every hour, monitor the usage of pure water equipment and the quality of effluent. The main records should include: inlet water: pH value, conductivity, pressure, SDI, water temperature. Gas field water: conductivity, flow rate, pH value; Concentrated water: flow rate, pressure, and inlet pressure of each section.
7. When the high and low pressure alarm of the reverse osmosis purified water equipment is triggered, first check whether the manual valve opening between the security filter and the high-pressure pump is too small, then check whether the reverse osmosis inlet control valve and concentrated water discharge valve are normal, and then press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the purified water production equipment.
8. Based on the actual water consumption, the critical pressure for the inlet water temperature in this period (the desalination rate will produce a significant decrease in pressure) cannot reach the relatively low temperature required for water production and quality, thereby reducing the attenuation of membrane water volume.
