Purified water treatment equipment is a preparation process that purifies raw water to achieve or meet certain water quality standards. Common purified water treatment equipment not only includes household water purifiers.
The pre-treatment system includes two parts: a quartz sand filter and an activated carbon filter.
Quartz sand filter: Fill quartz sand to adsorb rust, mud, and large particle impurities in water to reduce turbidity and ensure the effectiveness of lower level filtration.
Activated carbon filter: Fill with activated carbon to adsorb organic solvents such as colloids, organic matter, and bleaching powder in water, ensuring the effectiveness of lower level filtration.
Softener: Fill with soft water resin to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water, reduce water hardness, and ensure lower filtration efficiency.
Precision filter: filters out particles above 0.2um in water, achieving high-precision filtration and ensuring the requirements of reverse osmosis water inlet.
Reverse osmosis unit: Through RO membrane, charged ions, inorganic substances, colloidal particles, and organic substances in water can be removed, and desalination can be carried out to produce pure water.
Ultrafiltration membrane component: Pure water treatment equipment utilizes membrane separation technology with ultrafiltration pressure difference, with a filtration accuracy of 0.01 micrometers. It can filter out harmful substances such as rust, sediment, and macromolecular organic matter in water, while retaining some beneficial mineral elements for humans.
