Double stage reverse osmosis equipment process flow - pure water equipment - Jiajie - Jiajie pure water equipment manufacturer


Double stage reverse osmosis equipment is the process in which the permeated water from the first stage reverse osmosis is then pumped by the second stage high-pressure pump into the second stage reverse osmosis system for treatment, in order to obtain purified water.

Process flow of two-stage reverse osmosis equipment:

Raw water booster pump, multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, ion softener, security filter, primary high-pressure pump, primary RO reverse osmosis system, secondary booster pump, secondary RO reverse osmosis system, EDI ultrapure water device (optional), ozone equipment (optional), pure water tank.

Characteristics of dual stage reverse osmosis equipment:

① Raw water tank liquid level protection function: If the pure water in the pure water tank exceeds the high liquid level, the controller will turn off water replenishment. If the liquid level drops, restart water replenishment.

② Water free protection function: If the raw water is cut off, the controller will shut down the entire RO system to prevent the pump from being emptied. If the water supply is restored, the system will automatically restart.

③ Pure water tank liquid level protection function, if the pure water in the pure water tank exceeds the high liquid level, the controller will shut down the entire RO system. If the liquid level drops, restart the system. Two water tanks are interlocked.

③ Low voltage protection function, if the low voltage is insufficient, shut down the entire RO system.

④ High voltage protection function, such as high pressure overpressure, the controller will shut down the entire RO system.

After being treated by a primary reverse osmosis system, the conductivity of the produced water in general tap water is< ten μ S/cm, conductivity of produced water after passing through the secondary reverse osmosis system< five μ S/cm or even lower, using ion exchange equipment or EDI equipment after the reverse osmosis system can prepare pure water, achieving a resistivity of 18 megaohms (conductivity=1/resistivity).
