Double stage reverse osmosis equipment, also known as two-stage reverse osmosis. The raw water is pressurized into a coarse filtration pretreatment system. After entering the precision filter, it is pressurized into the reverse osmosis system through a high-pressure pump. Then, the water generated by the system is pressurized into the secondary reverse osmosis system through a two-stage high-pressure pump, and the product water is produced, which is called two-stage reverse osmosis.
Before installing the dual stage reverse osmosis equipment, users must have sufficient understanding of the equipment, and the on-site water supply and drainage systems must be taken into account. Cleaning and maintenance of the inlet and outlet should be reserved during installation. Regular cleaning of equipment is necessary. If it is not operated in winter or for a long time, ozone or ultraviolet disinfectors should also be used for disinfection and maintenance.
After a period of operation, the two-stage reverse osmosis equipment will deposit some dirt on the storage tank and membrane components. Therefore, we must pay attention to areas that are prone to sedimentation and repeated flushing. Rinse the two-stage reverse osmosis equipment with high acid and alkali cleaning solution to prevent corrosion of the reverse osmosis membrane or metal components.
