Step 1: Pre treatment in the regulating pool:

Put several types of bleaching and dyeing wastewater into the regulating tank, and adjust the water flow and pH of bleaching and dyeing wastewater.

Step 2, Level 1 Advanced Oxidation Treatment:

Transfer the dyeing wastewater from the regulating tank to the first level advanced oxidation tank, add sulfite ions and hydrogen peroxide, oxidize and dissolve the dye and some COD in the dyeing wastewater, and the wastewater treated by the first level advanced oxidation enters the sedimentation tank.

Step 3, Secondary Advanced Oxidation Treatment:

The supernatant in the sedimentation tank automatically flows out into the secondary advanced oxidation tank, where the wastewater undergoes further organic chemical oxidation. The organic chemical oxidation in the secondary advanced oxidation tank is the same as that in the primary advanced oxidation tank.

Step 4: Ultrafiltration membrane separation treatment:

Adjust the pH of the wastewater after secondary advanced oxidation to weakly alkaline, and then enter the rotating cross flow membrane separation technology equipment to remove suspended solids and precipitates in the wastewater for wastewater treatment.
