A 1-ton pure water equipment does not require a large raw water tank, 500kg-1005kg is sufficient, there is no need to increase it. This is related to the water inlet circuit. It is not difficult to make the tank smaller and the water inlet thicker. If the power supply of the raw water pump can be ensured, it will be sufficient.
It is necessary to consider the characteristics of the centrifugal water pump. The source centrifugal water pump works normally and has a total flow rate of 2 tons with a pump head of 30 meters. The pure centrifugal water pump should be selected according to the power supply regulations, and the high-pressure water pump should be selected based on the working pressure of the membrane. Pure water storage tanks generally use a water production rate of 0.5 to 1 times that of the enterprise clock, which can be 1-2 cubic meters. Pure water systems generally use 304 or higher metal materials.

The 5-ton ultra pure water system determines the raw water tank based on the power supply situation. To ensure power supply, if water is frequently cut off, the raw water tank needs to be of a large size. If there is sufficient power supply, the selection of 2-5T raw water storage tanks is also sufficient. Pure water storage tanks must take into account the condition of tap water.
Under the operation of pure water equipment, there will be a significant difference in water inflow and outflow, and a small raw water tank will cause the water inflow and outflow equipment to frequently start and stop. In terms of basic theory, the water flow rate of the pre treatment softener will be very large (but not many will do so), and the greater the safety (without considering the problem of bacterial growth and slow temperature increase in raw water pasteurization). The tank is very small, and the vortex generated by the water pump is also difficult to handle.
