In addition, activated carbon filters are suitable for removing harmful substances such as mineral acid chlorine, saturation, microbial strains, organic compounds, and some heavy metals that exceed the standard in water, to avoid their harm to the RO reverse osmosis membrane system software. Because activated carbon filters can intercept the vast majority of organic compounds and residues, they are a breeding ground for bacteria.

2. Pure water equipment with low sludge production is equipped with a variety of filter elements as preparatory treatment filtration devices, generally including PP, CTO, UDF, etc., which only need to be replaced on time according to the source water body.

During the normal operation of the pure water equipment, the RO reverse osmosis membrane will be fully automatically cleaned, and special attention should be paid to timely disassembly and replacement during normal use.

Be sure to dismantle and replace the activated carbon filter material on time. Softening resin is a specialized epoxy resin used to soften water hardness. According to the technical properties of ion exchange method, it reduces water hardness. After replacing a certain amount of strong positive ions such as calcium and magnesium in the water with the soft water resin, it will be impossible to further soften the water. At this time, the water softener must carry out epoxy resin reconstruction to ensure normal reconstruction, and it is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient salt and water in the salt cabinet. In addition, reverse osmosis scale inhibitor dosing equipment can be selected, and reverse osmosis scale inhibitor can be added to the RO reverse osmosis inlet water to avoid the dissolution and blockage of RO reverse osmosis membrane by insoluble salts such as calcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, and calcium bicarbonate after extraction in RO reverse osmosis concentrated water, thereby ensuring the service life of membrane components.
