1. Common faults of the equipment itself
It is normal for any machine or equipment to encounter difficulties over time. If the internal components of a household water purifier are blocked or not sensitive to operation, or if other internal components are damaged, these are immediately harmful to the purified water of the equipment. It is very common for water bodies to become turbid, decrease, or even fail to produce water.
Solution: After more than half a year of use, it is best for people to conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and upkeep of the internal components of the equipment every 2-3 to 6 months. This is a responsibility for people's drinking water physical and mental health. And regular inspection and maintenance can also increase the service life of equipment and internal components. That can ensure the water flow and water body of the product.
2. Common faults caused by filter element or membrane infiltration
Because the purified water of the equipment must be filtered according to the filter element and infiltration membrane, if these two types of spare parts are blocked or damaged, they can immediately endanger the water flow. They are the most critical filtering part of the equipment.
Solution: As filter cartridges or infiltration membranes often have application limitations, it is best to clean the products every 1-2 months after application to eliminate air pollutants and blockages inside the filter cartridges or infiltration membranes, ensuring the cleanliness of the products. It is not easy to encounter problems such as low water production rate and water mold during application.
3. Blocked or damaged tap water pipe
When people use water purifiers, the water pipe is the first to touch the water, and the water flow is transported by water. If the water pipe is damaged and causes seepage, the water production rate of the equipment will naturally decrease. If the water pipe is blocked, the equipment will naturally have less water output.
Solution: If the water pipe is damaged, immediately remove the damaged area. If the damage is significant, immediately replace the new water pipe. If the water pipe is blocked, use special tools and cold water to connect the inside. If there is too much sediment and blockage, immediately replace this new water pipe.
4. Water seepage at the interface of the water purifier
After a period of application, the metal material tee joint of the water purifier may rust, corrode, or the interface may not be tightened properly, resulting in water seepage at the connection head or the running water pipe, which may lead to a reduction in the water output of the water purifier.
5. Abnormal booster water pump
The function of the booster water pump is to transport water to the water purifier for cleaning, and if the equipment malfunctions and water cannot enter the product, it may not be easy to produce enough water.
Solution: Check which area of the booster water pump is facing difficulties, repair it if possible, or replace it with a new product if not possible.
