How to maintain industrial pure water equipment?

2、 Record the main operating parameters of the machinery and equipment on time
1. Inspection results for each stage and period
2. Sand filtration, carbon filtration, softening, security personnel filtering import and export trade, working pressure before and after the pump, each section, second section, etc
3. Electrical conductivity of source water and purified water at different stages
4. Under the same working pressure, the total flow rate of purified water and concentrated water, as well as the conductivity of purified water
3、 Record each maintenance result
1. The time and total number of raw material disassembly and replacement
2. Based on the main operating parameters, the time and results of cleaning the membrane

4、 Filter element
Pay attention to immediately replace the filter element. Avoid clogging of the filter element or environmental pollution, which may harm the actual effectiveness of the preparatory treatment.
5、 Common faults
If there are common faults, they should be dealt with immediately. During the operation of industrial pure water equipment, if any abnormalities occur, immediate maintenance and upkeep should be carried out to prevent small problems from turning into troubles.
6、 RO reverse osmosis membrane
The RO reverse osmosis membrane must be cleaned immediately. Normally, the machine equipment will automatically clean the RO reverse osmosis membrane, and some unique situations require manual cleaning. During the cleaning period, the RO reverse osmosis membrane components do not produce water, allowing the cleaning water to flow at a high speed along the parallel surface of the pulse damper, thoroughly removing air pollutants accumulated on the membrane surface from the system software, completely eliminating the growth of bacteria in the pipeline, and improving the quality of RO reverse osmosis water output.
7、 No unauthorized adjustment
There is no need to adjust the wastewater ratio, pressure, and other gate valves without authorization. Each model and specification of industrial pure water equipment often has a matching main parameter range. Another option is to set it properly after installation, depending on the natural environment of the application. Unauthorized adjustment can reduce the service life of the filter element or cause common malfunctions in industrial pure water equipment.
Why does pure water equipment flow dirty water and wastewater?
Most of the real and practical water purification products will cause wastewater. It is unlikely that a water purifier will not cause wastewater, so come up with a solution: as much water as enters, so much water as exits, which can have certain practical effects.
