2. Inspection of preparatory steps for trial operation

After the equipment installation, piping, and instrument panel engineering projects are completed, the equipment itself and piping removal are completed, and the following new inspection and maintenance items are carried out.

(1) Before canning, a quartz sand filter pressure test should be conducted to check the internal epoxy resin coating, verify the installation status of internal parts, and ensure that the equipment is cleaned.

(2) During cleaning and pressure testing, the opening and closing of valves and their leakage status should be checked.

3. Inspection during the adjustment period

(1) Before the trial operation of the quartz sand biofilter, it is necessary to check whether the filling material is fully filled.

(2) After the trial operation, each component should be checked for leakage, the opening degree of each valve should be checked, and the working pressure value of each component should be checked to see if everything is normal.

4. Daily operation inspection

After the trial operation enters all normal production and manufacturing, the actual operation personnel should inspect the equipment on site on time every day, and truthfully record the safety inspection results and operation records as maintenance materials. Each inspection usually focuses on whether the equipment has water seepage, vibration, and whether the total flow rate at each working pressure point is normal.

5. Check on time

After one year of normal production and manufacturing, the equipment should be inspected on time to ensure safe and accident free operation within one year.
