I firmly believe that it is not easy for everyone to be unfamiliar with ultrapure water machines, which are also commonly seen in daily life. It not only provides convenience for daily water use, but also lays the foundation for everyone's physical and mental health. Today, the editor is here to introduce the maintenance methods for pure water machines, hoping to be helpful to everyone.
Firstly, even if water is not used, a small amount of water is often used when starting up.
Due to the fact that RO reverse osmosis membrane is a crucial component in ultrapure water machines with a very small diameter, external economic and chemical substances such as bacteria often deposit on its surface throughout the application process. Generally, each manufacturer's water purifier has a reverse cleaning effect, dedicated to washing away air pollutants. Within 10 liters per day, it can be cleaned 3-5 times. If it exceeds 10 liters, it should be cleaned several times. If it is not needed for a long time (such as more than a month), it must be removed and soaked in a disinfectant to prevent the growth of bacteria. However, the entire process is inconvenient. It is suggested that even if water is not used, a small amount of water should be used frequently to turn on the device, allowing the water inside the device to circulate and avoiding the accumulation of turbid water for too long. The service life of RO reverse osmosis membranes is 2-3 years, which is determined by the customer's water consumption. Therefore, customers must choose the matching specifications and models when purchasing.
Secondly, replace the filter element up and down every year.
The key to the filter is to remove odors, organic compounds, etc. from the water based on its suction efficiency. The permanganate index in drinking water has a significant chemical effect on RO reverse osmosis membranes, so it must be removed by activated carbon. From the surface, there seems to be no visual transformation of the filter element. Based on work experience, it generally reaches saturation absorption within about a year and must be replaced.
Thirdly, pay attention to the service life of the purification column.
Purification columns are sometimes referred to as ultra purification columns based on customer water requirements. Their self efficacy is to carry out deep desalination of RO reverse osmosis purified water, and later achieve the level of first level water or ultra pure water system. The basic principle is ion exchange method. The service life of the purification column is mainly reflected by the resistance line. A resistor smaller than a specific resistor indicates the expiration of the purification column, which is more visual. Its service life is not only limited to the water consumption of customers, but also depends on the amount of ion exchange epoxy resin added and the quality of the ion exchange epoxy resin used by each manufacturer in the production and manufacturing design scheme.
Fourthly, based on the quality of the water body, water extraction should be carried out to prevent an increase in application costs.
Ultra pure water machines that use drinking water as their water resources generally have two drainage outlets, namely third level water and first level water. The water that is permeated through RO reverse osmosis is third level water, which is stored in a water storage tank, while the first level water is ready for use and not stored. Third grade water does not have a purification column, while first grade water has a purification column. The cost of first grade water is higher than that of third grade water. Therefore, in daily use, customers should collect water according to the requirements of the water body, and try to avoid the need for first level water as much as possible when using third level water.
