1、 Prepare in advance before filling

Before filling with activated carbon, the overall condition of the pipeline and gate valve should be carefully examined. The water pressure test confirms that there is no leakage, and checks whether the water collector, regulator, lining, and support point layer are intact and undamaged.

Change program process

Attention: Before disassembly and assembly, be sure to disconnect the switch power and water, and close the import and export trade gate valves to reduce working pressure.

So how do we replace the filtration system? Below, I will provide you with a detailed introduction to the actual process.

①: Turn off the centrifugal water pump, urgently cut off the valve, and disconnect the power switch.

Step 2: Open the drain valve under the tank to drain the water inside.

Step 3: Open the loading port at the top of the filter tank.

Step 4: Open the lower sewage outlet and discharge the activated carbon filter material. (To better accelerate the discharge rate, open the water valve, and water and gravel will be discharged quickly.)

2、 The operation steps and process of adding filter material and filter layer to activated carbon filter:

1. Clean the water storage tank and close the drain outlet.

2. Open the lower inspection port and check the water filter at the bottom. If everything is damaged or about to be damaged, please replace it immediately. (The general raw materials for water distributors are ABS and stainless steel plate water distributors)

3. Pave the prepared activated carbon filter material in the tank from large to small.
