3. Salt absorption (regeneration): Salt water is injected into the resin tank by the salt pump in traditional equipment, and is sucked in by the built-in injector in fully automatic equipment (as long as there is pressure in the water). In actual work, the regeneration effect of slow flow of salt water through resin is better than that of resin soaked in salt water alone. So the softened water equipment is regenerated by the slow flow of salt water through the resin. This process usually takes about 30 minutes, and the actual time is affected by the amount of salt used.

4. Slow flushing (replacement): The water treatment equipment factory introduced that the process of slowly flushing the salt in the resin with the same flow rate of raw water after passing through the resin with salt water is called slow flushing, because there is still a large amount of calcium and magnesium ion exchange on the functional group. This process usually takes 30 minutes to absorb salt.

5. Rinsing: To rinse off residual salt, the resin should be rinsed with raw water at a flow rate close to the actual working flow rate. The effluent of this process should be soft water that meets the standards, and the cleaning process should take 5-15 minutes.
